Reaching the desk
This page explains what to send and how each kind of message is handled. It is not a form, and nothing here collects your details.
No published inbox yet
The desk has not published a contact address. Rather than list an address that does not reach anyone, this page stays as the record of what will be accepted once the inbox is live. Until then, no message sent through this site reaches an editor, because the site does not accept submissions at all.
When the address is published it will appear on this page, and corrections will take priority over everything else in the queue.
What to send
Corrections
Include the article URL, the sentence or detail that is wrong, and a link to an official source that shows the correct information. Corrections are made in the body of the piece and noted at the foot of the article.
Rights and removal
If you hold rights to an image, a credit, a link, or a track hosted here, say which page and which asset, and what you would like changed. Assets under an active claim are taken down while the claim is reviewed. Claims about an uploaded track can be sent through the report form on the For artists page, which reaches the desk directly.
Release submissions
The desk only covers releases it can confirm at an official source. If you are submitting, include the official link from the artist or label. This site does not accept payment for coverage.
Advertising and sponsorship
Editorial entries are never sponsored. Enquiries about clearly labelled advertising are kept separate from editorial decisions and cannot buy a place in an article.
